Bang and Olufsen Beolab 3 provide ultimate acoustic pleasure

Hanging LCD's with ambient back-lightings sure has its perks, the whole effect of the lights dramatically change the mood of the room. So we were smiling when we heard of another new entrant in this line. Though Philips has other models with ambient lighting, they are known to upgrade their line at snails pace. Their new Aurea with Ambilight hits a high spot as it actually glows through the case border, creating a vibrant frame effect. The Aurea uses 26 tiny drivers in contrast to larger speakers, to help minimize the visible speaker components. It features 1080p resolution with 8000:1 dynamic contrast and increased refresh rates and has a 42" screen. The Aurea will be on display at IFA later this month.
